Most people don't call a demolition crew until a structure has been sitting around way too long - an old shed rotting in the backyard, a beat-up outbuilding that's been an eyesore for years, or debris left over from a previous project nobody finished. We get it. These things pile up. But when it's finally time to deal with it, you need a team that actually has the equipment to do it right.

That's exactly what this job was about. We rolled up with our SANY SY18U mini excavator - a compact but seriously capable machine - and got to work. The mini ex is our go-to for tight residential spaces where a full-size piece of equipment just won't fit. It gives us the mechanical muscle to break down structures efficiently without tearing up the surrounding yard more than necessary.

Our crew handles everything hands-on too. It's not just about running equipment - it's about working smart around that equipment, checking clearances, moving material, and keeping the job site safe from start to finish. Every person on our team knows their role, and that coordination is what keeps a demolition job from turning into a mess.

Once the structure is down, we handle the hauling. That's where our residential junk removal side comes in. We load it, we take it, and we dispose of it properly. You don't have to figure out where the debris goes or rent a separate dumpster - though if your project needs one, dumpster rentals are always an option we can work in. Either way, you're left with a clean, clear space when we're done.
